R Street Gallery ceased operation as a gallery as of April 1, 2009. We thank all of our steady patrons, occasional buyers and numerous visitors who have come to the gallery over the past two years.  We wish you all the best and hope that you continue to allow the viewing of art and creative expression to play an important part in your life.

We will feature a selection of handmade high fired stoneware and porcelain functional serving ware including large scale platters, bowls, and serving dishes for sale and for rent.  We will also be working with homeowners and contractors and designers to design ceramic hand-painted sinks, tiles, and accessories. Steve Lapin's paintings and sculptures will continue to be shown at the gallery, and if it is made from ceramics, please contact us for a proposal.
